My housemate took care of a meyer lemon tree at her old house, and went back on a stealth mission to gather them.
In the last couple of weeks, I've made a lemon-lemon loaf (from Baked), a lemon-yogurt cake, two batches of lemon bars (Karen DeMasco)...and I still have a few left.
I'm thinking about preserving some, or maybe getting more and then making limoncello...or making a lemon-olive oil cake. Not sure.
Or lemon sables, or a lemon-coconut cake, or a lemon-ricotta cheesecake...
