It's times like these that I know I'm born to do science. Maybe I'm not born to do science well, but I'm born to do it nonetheless. I've been dreading sending some samples in for sequencing because I just KNEW that they would fail. I've done the PCRs, gels and cleanups several times, which is a number of days of work, before I figured it out. Because I SUCK at labwork.
Anyway, I got some data! This is so freakin' cool. Super psyched. Wow.
